Children's Books with Diverse Characters
We believe that one of the many ways to teach children to embrace our diverse world is through books! This is a brief list of books with characters who are diverse in skin color, race, culture, ability, class, sexual orientation, language, family structure, gender, and religion. We encourage you to seek out books with diverse characters and themes for your children. ~ PIC's Diversity Committee
