Applauding Achievement: Jacob Kerner
PIC applauds Peanuts Lead Teacher Jacob Kerner who is participating in the PA Early Childhood Fellowship program coordinated by the Delaware Valley Association for the Education of Young Children (DVAEYC) in partnership with the PA Association for the Education of Young Children (PennAEYC).
The fellowship, which also serves as professional development, is a great fit for Jacob. He is passionate about ECE and wants to learn how to inspire others to action.
As part of the program, Jacob is learning about the Pennsylvania battle over the budget. According to Jacob, with Governor Wolfe as an advocate of Early Childhood Education and renewed public support for early education for all of PA's children, we have a small window to make a difference.
