A Village of Volunteers
It takes a village...You know the expression. Well, here it is with a new twist.
It takes a village of volunteers to raise a Plant Sale.
This year, more than 60 volunteers, including current families, PIC alumni, and area businesses came out to help make the Plant Sale a success! They worked hard unloading four truckloads of plants, cleaning the chapel, filling orders, organizing a bake sale, helping customers pick up their orders and walking them out to the car.
We are extremely grateful to our friends from Reed Technology and Beneficial Bank for sending teams of volunteers to help for the second year in a row.
This spring fundraiser would not be possible without the hours of work and dedication of all of our volunteers. Here is a look a few faces.
