This is Transformative!

Long-time PIC donors have donated $50,000 to create a professional development fund for PIC teachers in honor of Executive Director Deb Green's tenure at PIC.

The Deb Green Fund for Teachers has been established to support PIC teachers as they continue to grow and develop as extraordinary educators. The Fund will expand opportunities for the 72 teachers in our classrooms every day, and support the educational and professional goals of staff in the years ahead.

Professional development can be transformative. The dollars from this new fund will be used to send teachers to workshops, along with local, regional, national and even international conferences. Teachers will hear from visionary leaders in Early Education, they will meet and learn from their peers in the field, and visit other high quality programs for inspiration. All the while bringing back what they learn to their PIC colleagues.
