PIC Winter Gala & Open House

On Thursday, December 15, PIC after school and early learning families are invited to celebrate the season at our annual Gala and Open House.

 

The After School Center will hold its annual Gala Talent Showcase from 4:00 - 5:00 pm in the Stucco Building followed by an after-party.

 

The Early Learning Program will host an Open House from 5:30 - 7:00 pm in the Spruce and Sweet Buildings. Families are invited to visit each classroom for an array of fun activities and enjoy festive potluck-style foods set up in each hallway. Sign-up sheets are in the classrooms. 

 

All families are invited to bring in a dish to share and will receive 1 hour of PPP for their food contribution. PPP is also offered if you help with set-up at 3:30 pm or can stay a few extra minutes to help with the breakdown of tables and clean up.
