All-PIC Picnic at Smith Playground
Come Potluck and Play
All PIC families are invited to join us at Smith Memorial Playground in Fairmount Park on Thursday, May 19 from 5:30 -7:30 pm. PIC will provide sandwiches and drinks and we ask families to bring side dishes and desserts (and earn a PPP hour for your effort.)The playground is reserved that evening just for PIC!
This event also provides a chance for the PIC community to vote on the new slate of Board members for 2016 - 2017. The bios of the new board members will be sent in advance of the gathering at Smith. At the picnic, we will have a spot designated where families can vote on the slate.
This is a terrific opportunity for our families to meet and get to know each other better on the incredible grounds of Smith Playground. If you need help coordinating transportation, let us know by sending an email to Facilities Manager Kyra Morris.
In the event of rain, a decision will be made and announced via email, text, and Facebook by early afternoon.
