Deniz Cakir

I've worked with children ages 10 months to 13 years in some capacity for over 13 years. I have found that each age group has something special to share.

I love working with children and am so grateful for their energy, honesty, and connection to their emotions.

I am currently attending the Community College of Philadelphia. I plan to transfer to Temple to get my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, and eventually my teaching credentials.

In my free time, I love listening to music, cooking, cleaning, and watching great TV and reality TV. I also work with students, educators, and other professionals giving LGBTQIA+ inclusive trainings to support queer and trans youth and teach us all to be better allies.
