Board Thank You

This past year was exceptional. PIC's Board of Directors worked tirelessly to ensure that PIC not only survived, but is poised to thrive. In June at the last meeting of the year, PIC's Board of Directors thanked its outgoing Board members for their service. 

On behalf of the entire PIC community, we extend tremendous thanks to these outgoing Board members for their dedication.

• Rotonya Carr
  Thank you to Dr. Rotonya Carr for three years on PIC's Board of Directors. Her contributions to our community, especially in the time of COVID is immeasurable. She was part of PIC's COVID-19 Task Force and helped create the COVID-19 health and safety protocols that enabled PIC to re-open safely, and stay open for the past year! Over the year, she has acted as one of our on-call physicians to help us navigate the pandemic.
• Kate Stanley
  Kate has served on PIC's Board of Directors for over five years. During that time she co-chaired the Governance Committee and significantly contributed to the recruitment of new Board members. Her work has helped PIC maintain consistent and strong volunteer leadership to guide the organization.  Thank you Kate!
• Jon Staszewski
  As the Chair of the Finance Committee and Board Treasurer Jon was a huge asset to PIC. For over 5  years, Jon helped PIC remain in a strong fiscal position that is one of the reasons PIC survived COVID.  Words cannot express our gratitude for his exceptional advocacy on behalf of PIC during this pandemic.
• Erica Zimmer
  With over five years on PIC's Board of Directors, Erica has greatly contributed to the community culture at PIC. Her efforts focused on family involvement in the life of the Center. Erica led the Parent Involvement Committee, as well as Co-Chaired the PPP  Task Force to reimagine PIC's Parent Participation Program. She served in the role of Board Vice President. We are grateful for Erica's dedication to family life at PIC.
