Kate Welbes

Kate is a muralist, painter and filmmaker based in Philadelphia, and currently teaches through Fleisher at Elementary Schools in South Philly. Kate also works with Amber Art & Design as a muralist.

Their work centers on breaking down exclusivity we have built in our bodies, homes, and communities to rework how we are coming into these spaces as they intend to restore intimacy and healing through storytelling.
