Bundling Up for Winter Weather

As the temperatures outside start dropping, we want to let everyone know about our approach to taking children outside in the winter.

 

At PIC, we take the children outdoors for at least an hour every day throughout the year. According to Pennsylvania State guidelines, children are expected to go outside when the temperature/wind chill is above 25 degrees. 

 

During the winter months, please make sure your child has proper clothing (including snow boots when needed) so that everyone enjoys their time outside!
