Nina Wojtowicz

Being a PreK teacher enables me to tap into the sheer wonder that children experience when exploring the world, asking questions, and working to seek new ideas.

Nina Wojtowicz joined the PIC community in 2023 as the Lead Teacher in the Hummingbirds classroom.  She taught third grade for five years and served as a Reading Specialist in PreK through 5th grade classrooms in both public and independent school settings for more than a decade.

Nina is an avid reader and loves to visit as many Free Library locations as possible with her daughter, Mickey.  Nina is a resident of West Philadelphia and you may see her at a local park, visiting a cafe, or petting a friendly West Philly cat.
