Andrew Slack has an eclectic career focused on stimulating the civic imagination. As the co-founder of the Harry Potter Alliance (now Fandom Forward), he helped turn hundreds of thousands of Harry Potter fans into first-time activists. As co-author of the book Save Santa’s Home, he’s helped children and their parents see themselves as heroes in the larger battle against the climate crisis. As a thought and movement leader, he’s worked with hundreds of organizations, celebrities, and influencers to create meaningful change across five continents.

Andrew and his wife, Jaime, live in West Philadelphia with their son, Noah. All three of them adore the warm and magical community that is PIC. They feel honored to help this incredible place thrive in any way that they can.
