Leah Lafferty

I take pride in fostering great relationships with my students, as well as their families.

Leah is passionate about working with young learners and is committed to a whole-child approach that supports students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development. She believes children learn best in a nurturing, engaging environment where they feel safe, valued, and encouraged to grow.

Leah has a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Eastern University, holds a PreK–4th grade certification, and has completed her master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Eastern University, graduating in May 2026.

Leah prioritizes building strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues through clear communication and strong interpersonal skills. In the classroom, Leah focuses on making learning fun, meaningful, and relevant to young learners’ everyday experiences.
