Emmanuel "Manny" Harris

Born and raised in Washington D.C. Manny’s passion for young children started at an early age. He was the oldest of his brothers and sisters which explains his nurturing and loving spirit. 

Manny moved to Philadelphia in 2015 to embark on a new journey in life. He was graced with the opportunity to work with some of the best children in North Philadelphia and this motivated him to finish courses towards his Associate's degree.

Manny’s passion for the advancement of young children grew stronger and in 2018 he obtained his Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), and in 2021 he obtained his Bachelor's in ECE and Level I PA Certification in Teaching. 

Manny was a dedicated member of the PIC community for 7 years as both a teacher and administrator. His goal is to spread social and emotional awareness, and create a warm and loving learning environment for children to flourish.
