Each October we celebrate creativity and community with ArtStart, which brings together parents, staff, alumni, and friends to enjoy a wonderful exhibition of children's art, food and cocktails, silent auction bidding, and fun to help raise funds for tuition assistance, programs, and major initiatives.

The money raised by ArtStart supports tuition assistance at PIC. Show your belief in the value of a child’s early childhood experience. Your support will help make high quality child care affordable for more families at PIC.
Established by parents in 1986, today, PIC's tuition assistance program:
- awards grants to families whose income is less than 300% of the federal poverty level.
- offsets the cost of tuition for children of PIC teachers and staff
- closes the funding gap that exists between government subsidy and the true cost of care for early learning and school-age children.
