For over three decades, the Parent-Infant Center has provided high quality child care to the families who live and work in the diverse neighborhoods of West Philadelphia.

We are working to build a strong community of parents, caregivers, teachers, staff, volunteers, and friends who are committed to supporting children and their families.

The Parent-Infant Center provides ample indoor and outdoor play space on a beautiful urban campus. You’ll find the center’s main entrance at the southwest corner of 42nd and Locust Streets.

PIC staff are selected for their warmth and sensitivity in working with children, their training and experience, and their skill in communicating with families.

PIC's Board of Directors is made up of parents, alumni parents, and community representatives. Our Board is extremely active in the life of the center and performs its job through a variety of working committees.
