To compare our monthly rates with a center that quotes weekly rates, divide by 4.3.
Early Learning Program: Tuition is based on the number of days per week that your child is cared for at PIC, with a minimum of three days per week. Tuition decreases when your child moves to the next age group. If the move occurs before the 15th, tuition is reduced on the first of the month. If the move occurs after the 15th, it is reduced the following month. Optional Hot-lunch Program available.
After School Center: Tuition is based on 9 equal payments from September through May. Tuition for the months of June and August will be prorated, dependent upon the school start and end dates set by the Philadelphia School District calendar. Tuition includes any half-days scheduled by the Philadelphia School District ONLY. In addition, 5-day enrollment includes 10 full-day school holidays; 4-day enrollment includes 7 full-day school holidays; 3-day enrollment includes 5 full-day school holidays.
Facilities Fee: Each September, families at PIC are charged an annual fee of $100. This fee will go directly to funding PIC's facilities needs and improvements.
Early morning Care is available for early learning children from 7:30 - 8:00 am for $8 per day or $35 per week.
We welcome families in publicly subsidized child care. For information about subsidy, call 888-461-5437. In addition, PIC fundraising efforts support a modest tuition assistance fund to help currently enrolled families who cannot meet the full cost of care.
