Assistant Enrollment Coordinator

We are seeking energetic, qualified candidates for an Assistant Enrollment Coordinator.

The Assistant Enrollment Coordinator is a key member of the administrative team that works together to support the mission and values of the Parent-Infant Center. The Assistant Enrollment Coordinator provides enrollment and clerical support to the admin team, especially to the Enrollment Coordinator, and helps create and maintain a welcoming environment for all programs at PIC.

In this position, you must be able to work independently with close attention to detail, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a minimum of two years’ experience in office administration. Demonstrated skill with word processing, spreadsheet and database programs. Driver’s licence required. Must have auto to drive to second center site as needed. PA child abuse clearance, criminal history checks and FBI clearance required. Knowledge of PreK Counts subsidy program a plus. Knowledge of CACFP reporting requirements a plus.
