ArtStart supports tuition assistance at PIC. Your participation will make high quality child care affordable for more families and will voice your belief in the value of a child’s early childhood experience!
Established by parents in 1986, today, PIC's tuition assistance program:
  • awards grants to families whose income is less than 300% of the federal poverty level. 
  • offsets the cost of tuition for children of PIC teachers and staff 
  • closes the funding gap that exists between government subsidy and the true cost of care for early learning and school-age children.
