To enroll in any PIC
program, you must first complete an application form and return
it with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $35 (this may be waived
for families eligible for subsidized care and for families eligible for Pre-K counts).
After your application is processed, your family's name will go
on our waiting list. The wait for enrollment varies, but is often
12-18 months for many families (longest for infants). PIC generally
follows a first-come, first-serve policy, although currently enrolled
families are given special consideration. The Family Life Coordinator
tries to keep classrooms full while maintaining a balance of age
and gender. Some other factors that may influence enrollment are
flexibility of your schedule or start dates.
Once you are on the waiting list, we encourage you to check periodically
with the Family Life Coordinator for an update on your status. Your
family will stay on the waiting list until you ask us to remove
your name. If you make other child care arrangements, please call
us so we have an accurate number of families who are hoping there
will be room at PIC.

"PIC is an incredible environment. Our daughter has thrived in a structured, loving classroom, learned a lot in a short period of time, and has been extremely happy. The program is completely transparent and I have been allowed to be a part of the process. I would grade it A+!"
